A Combined DTI and Structural MRI Study in Medicated-Nave Chronic Schizophrenia

In this study, we combined DTI and structural neuroimaging in schizophrenia patients with medication-nave. We aim to investigate the relationship between the damage white matter and the cortical regions. The result in the study implicated for the psychopathology of schizophrenia both from an anatomical and connection perspective. And these abnormalities are not attributable to contamination by antipsychotic drugs.
