A new normalization technique using whole brain probabilistic DTI tractography maps is presented. This technique can address immense brain variability, even in dogs brains. Both FSL and SPM2 were used. The usefulness of the technique was demonstrated in conducting voxel-based group analyses of FA and MD maps of rabid and normal dogs.
