Regional brain volume change of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) patients was investigated in this study. Freesurfer was used to segment the high resolution T1 image to obtain selected ROIs volume. And Quantitative analysis was performed based on the segmentation. Our results found that regional brain volume of TBI patient had a strong relationship with both time since injury and age. Volumes of some regions demonstrated decreases with time since injury. In addition, some regions volumes were also changed with age.
