Many diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) studies have reported changes in DTI measures especially fractional anisotropy (FA) when studying brain development or neuro-pathological diseases. Moreover, other studies have found that motion and retrospective motion correction may introduce a positive or negative bias to DTI data.
