For children with renal disorders, MR urography is a usefulness tool to define the anatomy without using ionizing radiation. Furthermore, DCE-MRU helps to diagnose differential renal function (DRF). Recent reports are shown that DRF of DCE-MRU is correlated with 99mTc-DTPA. However, there are few reports comparing DCE-MRU and MAG3 results.
